Payment & Currency
★ The shop’s currency is SGD – Singapore Dollars.
★ We accept Stripe at checkout.
★ For payments via paynow/paylah, please DM @regularbowl_studio on IG.
Kindly be prepared to send a screenshot for transaction proof.
Shipping
★ All orders (local & international) will be shipped via Singpost tracked mail. You should receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
★ For untracked shipping, use these special codes at checkout:

- UNTRACKSG – for local orders.
- UNTRACKME – for international orders outside of Singapore.

★ regularbowl is not responsible for lost, damaged or tampered mail.
This includes issues caused by untracked shipping, inaccurate addresses or unpaid custom fees.
★ If your mail is returned for any of these reasons, you will be contacted via email for a reshipment fee.
Processing Time
★ Orders will be shipped out every middle and end of the month.
★ For local orders, you should receive your mail within 7 business days from when it’s shipped out.
★ For international orders outside of Singapore, shipping time varies from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on where you live.

- Please be prepared to bear the extra fees (if applicable) when the mail reaches your post office!

Returns & Exchanges
★ regularbowl does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
★ If there are issues with your order, please contact me via email within 7 days of receiving it. I will do my best to work something out with you!
